How good of a snowboarder do
I have to be to go the MGT Snowboard Camp?
The MGT Snowboard Camp is designed for girls who are BEGINNER
PARK riders through to ADVANCED PARK riders. A beginner park rider is someone who has already tried the terrain
park. So if you have already tried a small rail or jump or tried
riding the halfpipe then you should be ready for the camp. Being
a solid freerider is also important for the camp. If you feel comfortable
riding all the terrain at your local mountain then you should also
be ready for the camp.
How long have you been riding for? How many days a year do you
go? Have you tried taking smaller jumps or rails? If not, then perhaps
you have some time before one of our camps try some of these things.
Once you have an idea of how some of this terrain works then you
will learn even more at the camp because you will be able to understand
the concepts we are coaching because you already have some experience
in that area.
Any if you're still not sure; check out photos from our previous camps and see if you'd be ready for some of that
stuff.
I am a vegan. Do the MGT camp
lunches accommodate a diet like this?
Please let MGT Snowboard Camp know about your special diet needs.
You can call this info in at 403-830-RIDE (7433), email it (info@mgtsnowboardcamp.com)
or include it on your registration form.
Does the camp price include accommodation?
The winter camp does not include accommodation but the summer one does. Sometimes we make arrangements with hotels in the area to offer uiNo, the camp price does not include accommodation. However, MGT
is making arrangements with affordable accommodation close to the
camps to help you out. Please check the registration section of
our web site for accommodation details per camp.
